Dickson Environmental Consulting and Audit (DECA) was established in 2007 by Julie Dickson following a long career in industry including the energy, consulting, and waste industries. Since its establishment, the business has remained small and responsive to client needs, and utilises a network of like-minded industry professionals when required, to meet demand.
DECA specialises in Environmental, Safety, Quality and Risk Management primarily in the areas of audit, consulting, advising, and training.

ABOUT JULIE
Julie Dickson is the Director of DECA and established the independent consultancy in 2007 after working in industry for over 25 years. Julie is a highly experienced, qualified environmental, safety and risk management professional with a Masters degree in Environmental Management, is a Certified Lead / Master Environmental and OHS Auditor with Exemplar Global, and is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CenvP) with the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand. Julie is passionate about excellence in environmental and OHS/WHS management and has worked extensively in the energy, construction, engineering, and waste sectors as an adviser, manager, auditor, trainer and consultant.
Over the past 25 years she has developed a broad range of skills and knowledge in the environmental and health and safety arena, as well as in the quality management sphere. Julie's particular areas of expertise are Environmental Management (ISO 14001), risk management, audit / assessment and environmental training.
